Every TREQA tent is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own and use it. If something fails because of how it was made, we make it right — with a repair, replacement parts, or a full exchange. No runaround. No expiry date.
Gear Warranty.
From camp chairs to sleeping bags, every TREQA product is backed against defects in materials and workmanship. We build gear to last. If something fails because of how it was made — not how it was used — we stand behind it.
If approved, we’ll repair or replace it — at no charge. Proof of purchase required from the original purchaser. Final warranty determination is made upon inspection.
What’s Not Covered?
This warranty covers defects in how a product was made — not how it was used. The following aren’t covered:
- Normal wear and tear (fading, minor scuffs, gradual loss of waterproofing over years of use)
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
- Damage from improper storage (stored wet, extreme heat, chewed by animals, etc.)
- Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Products purchased secondhand or from unauthorized sellers without original proof of purchase.
We’ll review your claim and get back to you within 5-10 business days.
Bought From a Dealer?
Bought From One of Our Dealers? All warranty claims are handled directly by TREQA, not by the store where you purchased. Just fill out the form below — no need to go back to the retailer. If your claim is approved, we cover return shipping; if it turns out not to be a covered defect, we’ll sort out return shipping together, no surprises.
